This unique, Art Nouveau style piece is wonderfully made of brass tone metal with a feather design. From the early 1940s when there was a Victorian revival.It has a working safety clasp on the back. Wonderfully showing it's antique age with some patina on the back and only slight edge wear on the front. I love this piece.
